Charge 6 - System 66.20001.214.24 - Android version 14 device
I observed yesterday that the Nutrition Food data metric is gray'ed out on my Today screen. Going back to Yesterday it is displayed. Drilling down in the Today screen, everything appears as expected.
I have tried my usual delete cached data from my Fitbit app, synchronized restarts of my Charge and Device and removing Food metric from Today, restarting my Fitbit app, adding Food metric to Today and restarting my Fitbit app.
From the display perspective in my Fitbit app, nothing else appears to be not as expected.
Anyone experience this, or similar behavior from another metric, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Hi everyone!
Excellent news. I was informed by our team that this bug has been fixed. A Fitbit App Update is not required.
Have a great weekend!

I'm experiencing an issue with the Fitbit Android app (latest update). When viewing the daily nutrition summary under Food → Nutrition, the nutrition label is consistently cut off at the top, making key information unreadable.
Troubleshooting steps I've already tried (with no success):
Restarted my phone
Cleared app cache
Cleared app data and cache
Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app
Device details:
Android (Samsung)
Fitbit app fully updated
Screenshots attached for clarity.
Is anyone else experiencing this or aware of a fix? An
y help is appreciated!

@pjpjr I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. I see other posts from Android users, too. I will flag this to notify a moderator.

On my app it's not pulling the information from dieting app where I track my calories. Hasn't put any of the information I've logged since this morning. And the nutrition tab is grayed out like the other people mentioned here.

Hello @EstuardoFitbit !
Currently it only appears to impact the Food Data Metric, or summary, on the Today screen. Data and images appear as expected if I drill down into Food data from the Today screen. Previous days Food Data Metric, or summary, appear normal. I will try to capture and send some Screenshots showing this, to better clarify.
In the interim, here is a screenshot of my phone's OS version detail:

Yesterday Food Tile stayed grayed out, today it maintains a 0 calories even though I have food logged.

I've also lost water entries for this month up to yesterday so not just affecting food entry. I'm on Samsung Galaxy s10, upto date app etc. Lots of other people affected by it too, on other thread @EstuardoFitbit thanks

I cannot get the food log to show on the Fitbit app. It is just a grey buffering blob. I have reset and restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app Fitbit app several times, cleared the cache and storage but nothing is working. Any ideas?

2 days ago the calorie tile on the today page stop working. You can still see calorie information if you click on the tile, but the tile itself is now just a pulsing gray bar. Thanks Fitbit! Another thing to fix!

Same here.
Was greyed out on the app Home screen, but now just shows up, only showing a "0". It does allow food entries and will track, but it does not repeat the info on the main Home screen.

I also have the same issue. If I open the Food up, I can see the food total but nothing on the main screen.

Also, if you access Food, then Nutrients, the detail (Fat, Sat, and Trans), specifically are blocked from view by the Nutrients header. This is true both in vertical and horizontal view, the only began about 4 days ago and I have found no setting changes, clearing cache, or reinstalling the app have changed it.

Starting yesterday, the calories, I have eaten have not been showing up on the App dashboard. They do appear under the Food section.
Before, all the cut/pasting! Yes, I have uninstalled/installed the App, made sure everything is updated, cleared cache and all the other stuff we need to do to fix the developers mistakes.
