When will Fitbit update so that they will be compatible with the latest Oneplus-phones? Currently only Oneplus 1 compatible.

I didn't have any problems with the set up. I could set up, but I have some issues with the GPS-sync while tracking my running.

But it could, sadly, explain the troubles you're having.

My and my friend bought new Versa upgrading form Charge2 which worked flawlessly btw. Now we can't even add the new Versa to OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T(my friend) it just keep saying "Bluetooth Issues". Support is saying only Oneplus 1 is compatible.

 

Seriously man OnePlus is making super high end Android devices and no device after Oneplus 1 is supported. That was 5 years ago man.

 

Terribly disappointing. Waste of time and money

Set up as trusted Bluetooth device but won't connect with charge 2.

 

Maybe that's why my son has gone apple watch?
