Is there any way to get my Charge 5 to only cou my steps and not all of my movements? It's overcounting my steps and it's inaccurate Someone said something about calibrating it but all that did was confuse me.. How would I be able to solve this problem?

There is no calibration for that. Some confuse that with stride length, but that is just used for converting step count to distance, and has nothing to do with step count. Nothing worn on wrist can get step count exactly right; your wrist doesn't see what your legs are doing. It can only infer steps from wrist/arm movements. But unless you are doing some continuous rhythmic motion with you hands such as drumming or knitting, step count over the course of a day will be fairly close. Sometimes you will get a few extra, and sometimes a few will be missed, but they mostly even out. But if you keep counting steps and checking your wrist, you will be able to find small discrepancies if you keep looking for them; better to look at bigger picture - think of hundreds and thousands of steps, not counting tens. And remember heart rate data is actually more important. But if precise step count is your main concern, you should have something to wear on a clip on your hip, if you are willing to give up heart rate data and all that comes with that, and the ability to see data on your wrist.

Hi @Smhunter78 - in addition to what @JohnnyRow says, check you don't have MobileTrack installed [click profile photo and Device photo in the Fitbit App] .
Also consider setting the watch to dominant hand, this filter will help reduce some movements from being counted as steps.
While it attempts to count actual steps to calculate distance, it is also a measure of activity and can help to see how much energy you are expending by other movements.

Where is the way to calibrate the steps located?

Hi @Calleyn9 - you may be looking for something else because steps are counted by the watch and you can't change that.
But you can play with the dominant hand setting, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App settings. If you wear it on your non dominant hand and set it to dominant it will count a few less steps.
If you want to change the stride length for affecting distance measurement, in the exercise tile click the gear icon. Generally not necessary.
