Your best bet at the moment is to uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone, and sync your tracker through a pc or old phone with no sim (wifi only) and an older reliably working fitbit app until they get this problem properly fixed, otherwise you'll be fighting major problems on your main phone and it will drive you mad 😮 😞

Well, after getting my phone charged back up, I uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested, and so far it's been doing okay. If it starts happening again later though I'll repeat the process. 😃

No more error message, however battery draining on Versa in about 20 hrs.

There was a release yesterday that addressed the battery and data issue:

I am downloading the update now.  Hopefully this fixes it!

Hello everyone!

There was an update a couple of days ago that should resolve this situation. You can read more about it in here, the same thread that @BigLou linked in that post. Please try to install the update, or uninstall the app and download it again.

Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Thank you very much for your notification.  I already have installed it since it was available and it is working good.

Have a nice day

I'll give you an update later, in the last 4 days I have deleated over 150 notifications for a single missed call. This is not counting the ones that where removed after filling the buffer.

Yesterday I updated .And things look good for now .

I did have to renew fitbits permissions to get notifications to work after the update.

I am having the same problem mine says 70% battery used from Fitbit since last fully charged! This is insane.

Hello @Tstrani@Rich_Laue and @MiltonG.

@MiltonG Glad to read that it is working properly now.

@Tstrani Have you installed the latest app version? (2.74.2) Please make sure to install that version and then this will stop happening. Please check this thread for details on the update and how to get it.

I'll be closing this thread now as this situation has already been resolved.

Feel free to post a new thread if you have any questions or need any assistance.
