I wanted to set up wallet, I was asked for a PIN. "Sense device has PIN". if I had ever set a PIN, it would have been a certain #, and that's not working. when I scroll down on the Android app, it says Device Lock "Disabled." anyone know what else I can try?

Open the fitbit app, tap the top left, then tap Sence.

Now tap Device Lock - put in the phone unlock code, or finger print, Face ID, or iris, whatever you use.

Now set a pin lock for your Sense. Should take less than a minute. Took me less than 30 seconds.

thank you for your reply. I have done that, there is a message that this sense has a PIN. it does not give an option to enter my fingerprint. I have tried my phone unlock code and other 4 digit codes that I use. I'm down to 3 attempts remaining,

In the fitbit phone app.

Go to your account then tap sense.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Tap the Device Lock

You will get a Pop-Up

This is where you put in your phones unlock code.

Now tap Change Pin Code

I also suggest setting for Fitbit Pay only as in the below screen shot.

I think you are going directly to the Wallet , you do not want this option yet.

After setting up a new Pin Code, you will be able to set up the wallet

No. I went to "Device Lock" and it said disabled. I tapped on that and it went straight to enter PIN. I never saw that fingerprint screen.

However, my perseverance paid off, apparently if you enter the wrong PIN (I never had one, and never used wallet) 10 times, it lets you reset the PIN.
