It seems to be that your tracker is not connected to your Account. You can try the next steps to see your steps and sleeps back to your Dashboard.
- Reboot Bluetooth
- Restar your tracker
- Open the Fitbit App and 'log in', then go to "Account" > Choose the "Set up a device" and follow the next option.
