My fitbit alta wouldn't sync with my Samsung s7, so I tried to restart it and re-add it to my mobile app but it keeps popping up the error message of try restarting bluetooth. I've restarted my phone, bluetooth, the app, the fitbit and can't seem to find anything that will pair my phone and fitbit!

A warm welcome to the Community @Kkeeler13. Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. The reason why your tracker is not connecting with your phone, is because Samsung Galaxy S7 is not a compatible device yet. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices and follow the setup procedure from a computer.
