Phone not found on blaze, just got new s8

Just got a new s8 and my blaze keeps saying phone not found, yet it syncs all my steps through out the day, anyone got ideas??

Hello @Jimbo38! Thanks for joining the Fitbit Forums.

 

It is possible that it is being caused by some sort of communication error. I'd say that we try to restart your Blaze and then check if it syncs without showing any error message. To restart it, please follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. It should have restarted.
