Hello!
I bought a Blaze today, but I can't get Call and Note Notification to work. I keeps saying about "Bluetooth issues". I have given the phoneapp every permission requested. Isn't it supposed to work with Huawei Honor 7 or what? I have Android Marshmallow and latest Fitbit app (2.30) and latest firmware (17.8.200.3) in Blaze. The sync works otherwise fine. Call notification worked fine with my Charge HR together with my Honor 7.

(sorry if my english isn't so good)

Hello @SunsetRunner welcome to the Forums! I was reviewing the list of supported devices and the Huawei Honor 7 is not listed, my suggestion is to troubleshoot as instructed here.
Let me know if this helps! 🙂

Hi @AngelaMa and thank you! I followed your instructions, but unfortunately it didn't help. I also contacted Fitbit Support (Twitter) eysterday and the problem is most likely that Honor 7 isn't fully supported yet. Guess I just have to wait until it is. Everything else works except for call and text notofications.

@SunsetRunner Hauwei phones have a battery saving feature that turn off apps that use the GPS chip and since it is now required on Android 6 (Marshmallow) to sync through bluetooth this may cause interference that could affect the call notifications. As said your tracker is not compatible so I can't guarantee that it will work but you can try these instructions:
- Go to Settings from the Home screen
- Tap Advanced Settings
- Tap Battery Manager
- Now, tap on the “Protected apps”
- Make sure the "Fitbit" app is switched on
Let me know how it goes!

@SunsetRunner Sorry hear that! Still thank you for taking the time to try these suggestions. Hopefully your phone will work in the future showing your notifications. You could also try contacting our Support team via email or chat to see if they have additional suggestions that may help you with this issue.
I'll be around!

Yes @AlvaroFitbit, I've been in contact with your support via Twitter, bur they didn't have any suggestions. Said just that my phone isn't on the list of compatible devices yet, but that "our team is constantly updating our list once new phone's compability is fully tested". So hopefully Honor 7 will be on that list soon.

How long is a reasonable time for a device to get fully compatible with a Fitbit. I mean, Honor 7 is not a new phone anymore. It was released in July 2015 in China, August -15 in Finland (where I live) and October -15 in India.
Its predecessor, Honor 6, was first released in June -14 and is fully compatible. Does anybody know/remember when it got compatible? It could (or not) give a litle hint of when Honor 7 could possibly be.

Thank you for this @CarlosMo! Of course I gave the request a vote, but it doesn't feel right that you have to ask the manufacturer making a one year old phone compatible.
