I have a verse 2 & I've recently got a Samsung Galaxy S10 phone. I previously had an Apple phone & had no problems. But since I've changed to my Samsung phone my Versa will not sync. I've tried removing the device & adding it again. My Versa works, like I'm getting all my notifications, etc but my Versa just will not sync.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

I was having sync problems after the 4/24 update. My Fitbit One was working fine before t hu at. After a couple of fruitless days, I shut off and turned on the Bluetooth on my phone, and instantly it synced. May not work for you, but worth a try if you haven't. I have a Samsung S8.
