Anyone else having problems seeing the new tabs that come up after purchasing fitbit premium? It keeps telling me I need adobe flash player and that its not compatible on my device. I don't have a desktop computer, only a Samsung tablet, nexus phone and iPad mini. Its not working on any of these devices. Did I buy premium for nothing?

I just paid for fitbit premium and I'm noticing I keep getting messages on all the new tabs that I don't have adobe flash player. I don't have a desktop. I tried on my Samsung phone and tablet and on my iPad and all three are saying flash player is not compatible. I also can't use my trainer. Did I just pay 50$ for nothing because I need a desktop computer?

Hi @Lilihrtsyu -- Fitbit Premium relies on adobe flash for a lot of its content (wish it didn't).  If you don't have a device that uses flash, you won't get much out of it.

They do have a 45 day satisfaction guarantee.  Most people think of it in terms of physical products, but this situation probably applies. My suggestion would be to contact fitbit and ask for a credit.

Let us know how it goes.

PS: For anyone else reading this thread, there is a free trial period for premium so you can check it out and see if it is useful to you before committing for a year.

Premium is a web only service. I know Android and Apple do not support flash any longer.

Sounds like it may be time to contact support.

Note, I have merged your 3 posts. please do not post the same issue in multiple threads. It makes it difficualt for others to follow and offer help.  🙂
