Hi @Lilihrtsyu -- Fitbit Premium relies on adobe flash for a lot of its content (wish it didn't). If you don't have a device that uses flash, you won't get much out of it.
They do have a 45 day satisfaction guarantee. Most people think of it in terms of physical products, but this situation probably applies. My suggestion would be to contact fitbit and ask for a credit.

PS: For anyone else reading this thread, there is a free trial period for premium so you can check it out and see if it is useful to you before committing for a year.

Premium is a web only service. I know Android and Apple do not support flash any longer.
Sounds like it may be time to contact support.
Note, I have merged your 3 posts. please do not post the same issue in multiple threads. It makes it difficualt for others to follow and offer help. 🙂
