My Android app is not letting me post a profile picture. Every time I tap on my picture, it will take me to all of my pictures.However, once I tap on the picture that I want to use, than it closes out of my pictures and a little message that say "cannot load image" pops up evey single time. Even if its a different picture. What do I do?

Same issue here. Can't change/upload a profile or cover picture with Android phone.

When using the website, it keeps rotating the pictures I upload.

Odd how these people, including a mod, keep saying they "haven't heard of any known issues", yet here they are, reading about many people having the issue and posting, therefore, making it a known issue.

I am also having the same issue. Plus I cannot change my height of weight. Also when I try to take a picture through the app, a pop up states that me camera stopped working. I agree with the last poster, "known issue now."

This did not work. It's this way on the website (from my computer) and the App (phone)

@DJ. this is an old thread but the problem with profile pictures has recently returned. Fitbit are looking into the problem and you can find their latest updates in this thread:
