How do I disable the "push messages" that show up at the top of the app screen from time to time? Today, the message title is "Welcome to Today," followed by a stupid quip. Yesterday, the message title was "Need a breather?" followed by an equally stupid quip. While the Fitbit app programmers may think these messages are cute, I find them annoying and intrusive. Please, how do I make them stop?

Hi @JESQG. I'm glad to see you here in the Forums.
Thanks for the time taken to share your feedback about the Fitbit app and let's work together. To further investigate, may I know since when this started to happen? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Also, if possible please take a screenshot of the notification received on the Fitbit app so I can further investigate. For instructions to attach a picture check this post.
I'll be looking forward to your response.

Hi @JESQG. I'm sorry for the delayed response and thanks for getting back to me confirming that you were referring to the Today's insights.
These insights are messages about general wellness, activity and other details that are prompted to help you reach your goals. I understand your thoughts about them and while currently there isn't an option to turn them off, you can provide feedback by selecting the "X" at the upper right corner so this message doesn't show up in the home screen. At the moment, if you've added your vote to the request posted in the Feature Suggestions board, I'd suggest to keep an eye to that request for future updates.
I'll be around if you have any other question.

This "feature" is intrusive and annoying. It's also often difficult to dismiss. There should be an option to turn it off. To force-feed it to the user is nothing short of arrogance by fitbit.
