Fitbit Update 02/28/2017: As this issue was resolved with the release of the Fitbit app for Android, version 2.41 I will be closing this thread.
If you run into this issue in a new instance, please create a new post in the Android board and reference this thread. Thank you!
Fitbit Update 01/26/2017: We've just released the Fitbit app for Android, version 2.41 which includes a fix for the issue where the new Dashboard is not updating stats after sync.
Please update to the latest version of the app and let me know if the issue has been resolved for you. Looking forward to hearing your updates! Thanks for the continued patience.
Fitbit Update 11/21/2016: Some Android users who have opted-in to the new Android Dashboard redesign experience have reported that their Dashboard is not updating their steps and other stats after a successful sync.
Our Android team is aware of this issue with the preview and is currently investigating the root cause. In the meantime, I recommend logging into the Fitbit.com online Dashboard, completing a sync, and confirming that your step activity is updating in the activity log tab.
In addition, you can temporarily switch back to the old Dashboard to see instant updates. To do so, follow these steps:
I will be sharing status updates here, so keep an eye out for more news.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I haven't been able to sync in 4 days. Sucks! Beginning to think its a waste of money.

I just recently began experiencing this problem with the new dashboard while I was out of the country. Returning home to the USA did not fix it, but reverting to the original just now seems to have. Unfortunately I lost all sync data from my trip.

Phone won't sync at all since new dashboard update. Tried going back to the old one but now that won't sync either. Very frustrating

Mine is saying cannot connect to fitbit.com and doesn't update on phone dashboard but shows online almost immidiatley that it has updated. Really like how smooth the phone app runs and works just really not liking the constat saying not connection. Only had and used fitbit for about 2 weeks. Had an update about a week ago and this starts.

Since I'm reading this on Wednesday. January 4th, I assume no updates have been sent out to date?

I've not seen any and not very good to let people set around with no
answers.

Wow! I had my Bluetooth turned off and forgot. I thought that's what was wrong. I turn it back on and it still won't sync. Not in the new dashboard nor the old one. It says it can't find my device.....

I'm using the new dashboard and it's been syncing correctly for the last few weeks. And it's only taking a few seconds! Thanks getting it right. Satisfied customer now.
I would really like the full screen to show the correct data as you scroll back to previous days. The bottom section continues to display only the current day's data, just confusing.

The "advance" button on my screen wont respond. There must be some way to switch back to the old dashboard. My problem is that it has quit sincing with my fitness pal when it comes to picking up the food stats.

Not a fan of the new Dashboard, i hope its not forced on us like it was with iOS devices. I like the linear style of the old, not tiles, its why i dont use the website.

@Davederekwhit @SunsetRunner @Tluvrock @Rkbruner521 @Gail46 Since several days have passed since you last posted about this issue I would like to clarify if you've continued to experience the syncing issues with the new Dashboard?
In addition, you can temporarily switch back to the old Dashboard to see instant updates. To do so, follow these steps:
@Tiger8snow Thank you for taking the time to provide a follow-up confirmation with a status update of the syncing issue you were previously experiencing. I'm happy to hear that you were able to get back on track.
@rbhootda I suggest logging out and logging back into the Fitbit app for Android and confirming if you're continuing to experience the same discrepancy between site and app?
@Will_HTX Thanks for the feedback! I will make sure to pass it along to our design team. Thanks again!

Yes, I'm still having issues. After several attempts it will go through. I
don't like the old dashboard at all so it's worth suffering for now.
