Any idea as to how long it'll take to get sorted, I am finding it very frustrating - I didn't have any problems when I used my device with an Apple iPhone, shame I disliked the phone so much 🙄

My Alta HR has stopped showing current info...Heart rate, steps. I can sync and it will show latest steps but no heart rate other than resting and will not track my steps as it did for months...🤔

Hi
I'm having similar issues with my s8. It says it's synced but nothing on the dashboard changes. I've had to unpair the ionic and pair again for it to register. But I don't really fancy doing that every time I want to sync

My Note 4 is syncing with my Charge HR, but is not showing my steps or heart rate continuously. What's wrong?

Same. It is not on the dashboard, but is in the daily "today" when I click on that. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled 10 times thinking it was my phone... Glad to see I am not alone. Hope it is fixed soon.

I noticed today my steps and recent exercise isn't updating. I had issues with the steps updating a few weeks ago. That has since been resolved, but it's now doing it again. I have a Charge 2, samsung phone.

I have the same issue with the steps not showing up. Also Activity minutes do not always show up on dashboard even when I know I have be continuously active for 15+ minutes.

It's 8/13...Any update on the App resetting the steps to 0 every time it's opened?

See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Fitbit-App-version-2-76-steps-calories-reverting-to-zero... for latest info.
It is a know problem with the latest Android update. Apparently it is still updating the Fitbit database as can be seen by looking at the fitbit.com dashboard, so at least the data is not getting lost.

Thanks
