Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Maral77, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Thanks for reaching out the Community! I think that this issue was resolved with the update 2.77. Are you using an Android phone? If so, check the information on this thread: RESOLVED: App 2.76.1: steps/calories revert to zero, no live HR. If you have questions, please let me know.
BTW I'm moving your post to the Android App board for you to have a better chance to find the correct answer for you inquiry.
Hope this helps.

@YojanaFitbit, I just want to point out that some people seem to have been left in the lurch by the change to a minimum of Android 5 to get the updates. If the last version put out on 4.4 didn't function properly for you, you cannot get an update to fix it.

Hi @Lilbiddy, thanks for sharing you comment here. I totally understand you point, I think that for those users, they might have to try to get the update manually or get support with their provider to make sure it will work properly. Since Android platforms have a lot models. What model is your phone? Are you having issues updating your Android device?
I'll be around.

@YojanaFitbit hi again, my whole point was that fitbit latest update is not available to people using 4.4 android. They are stuck with defective versions of the app. As fitbit make no (meaning none whatsoever) provision to go back to one that works how are they supposed to update? People are actively discouraged from using alternative sources to get retro versions of the app. but what else can they do when fitbit has washed their hands of them?
This problem does not affect me but I am (insert expletive of choice) annoyed as a matter of principal, especially as these people are probably longer term users as their equipment is a bit older.
Also it might be advisable for the moderators to stop trotting out stock replies saying if you have Android 4.4 fitbit will probably work because fitbit have seen to it that it probably won't.

@YojanaFitbit, thanks for passing this up the line. See also MamaLori on the thread "fitbit not synching" as this is what brought it to my attention.
Cheers
