I did try to factory restore my Fitbit Ionic, now is not starting please help

I know this doesn't address your immediate problem, but just for future reference, "restart" and "factory reset" are two totally different operations, and there is no "factory restore".
Factory reset is generally not recommended unless advised to do so by Fitbit support.
Sorry if I seem too picky but it can make a big difference when describing your situation.
