Thanks! After several frustrating months with a competitor's tracker, I am extremely happy with my Fitbit Charge HR. Part of their problem was an underperforming Android app; the Fitbit app is great, as is this website. Thanks, again, for your help! Wow - too much fat and too little fiber. That's why I need to watch more than calories!

I am seeing, were I can use a computer and get my nutritional breakdown, but is there are area where I can see a recomended nutritional breakdown. For example, based on my diet plan I should be eating xg of carbs, protein, fat etc.
