Fitbit used to give exact running times when looking at map of a run. Now it rounds time up or down. How do I go back to exact times?

Same here! For runners, rounded times aren't ideal.

Anybody have any update on this? I need to be able to see my exact time for a run rather than a rounded time.

Nothing heard yet which is quite disappointing. Fairly basic error which isn't difficult to fix, particularly as it works in Windows 10 but not in Android. Needs sorting now!

I've mailed them about this and they said they are looking into it. Bizarre that they have started to round the times. It wasn't the case up until recently. Surely having accurate times is one of the benefits of owning a fitbit.

I am finding this frustrating too. Trying to achieve run PB's yet I can't see what the final time is accurately enough.

Yeah. Im exactly the same as you. Im pushing myself to try and get a P.B time. Look at my watch and see my time. Then I sync it to the device and it rounds it. For example.. yesterdays run was 49.40 which was rounded up to 50 mins.

Hi m8. Im having same problem with the fitbit app. However what I discovered, (hopefully short term fix until app is updated) if you login to the Dashboard version of fitbit. It shows exact time.

Same here. Noticed that when I check the run I did it rounded up my time. My wife's versa showed on her Fitbit app on iOS exact time.

Hello Fitbit team,
Is there an update to getting this working or changing the distance to be your exact time in a run instead of a rounded time like what iOS has?

Think they've given up on this one. Probably time to purchase elsewhere unfortunately.

Very disappointed with Fitbit for not resolving this simple issue caused by a Fitbit Android update. As a result this will be my last Fitbit before transferring to Garmin!

I'm trying to submit results for a virtual 5k today that I tracked with my Charge 4. Ridiculous that I couldn't get proof of an exact time in the app. Thank goodness the web dash board still had it but I really hope this error gets figured out soon.

Hi thanks for reply. I have now updated the app and I will test out tommorrow after my run. Im assuming all old rund before update will still show as rounded times, or will theses be amended? Thank you.

Can you tell me what the new version is please? My Fitbit android app
updated 3 days ago with version 3.26.1 (20243519) but I'm not seeing any
change. New times are still being rounded in Android on my two devices.
Thanks
