Fitbit used to give exact running times when looking at map of a run. Now it rounds time up or down. How do I go back to exact times?

Hi Folks
I am still suffering the same issue, which is frustrating as it was
introduced when the exercise page was update by Fitbit some months ago. I
have Fitbit App 3.27 (20243520). My phone (which has been rebooted) is a
Samsung Galaxy S8, Android version 9, last updated 31 July this year. I run
regularly and nothing has changed since the fault was introduced. The data
is available or the web version would also be incorrect so I don't believe
there is a fault with the Fitbit (Ionic , in my case).
Best regards

Times are still rounding.... Nothing changed after the update. All a bit pointless. Is there any new update on this?? Its about 5/6 months since the error was reported. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue also. Updated on the 3rd of August but still dealing with rounded times.
Running version 3.27 on a galaxy S9 on the latest update.

Hi,
Can you please advise on the process for getting a refund on the watch? Received as a gift with no receipt.
Thanks

Have we gotten any updates on this? Still seeing the completed times on my runs being rounded instead of exact on my exercise tab.

Is there any joy at all on this. What good is a rounded up or down time I ask.
If I share my run on media it shows the route from my dashboard and all stats but with the wrong time.
For a £200 + tracker this is an absolute RIP off. It used to work but no more.
Where is the fix fitbit??

Nothing heard yet. Really is very poor. Fitbit have introduced new models, revamped the Activity area and introduced some sort of stress monitor. All this and yet they seem unable to fix a basic issue they caused when upgrading the exercise area. I've had Fitbits for some years but suspect my current watch (Ionic) will be the last.

Sooooo fitbit? Been a few months. Are we ever gonna see this fixed? Still getting rounded times and haven't heard anything.

So the weather is nice and I've gone back to doing my runs. Looking at the few times I've been going out once again my times are rounded instead of exact. Are we to expect a update where we can see our exact times?

Despite promises and reassurances this issue has never been fixed. It's been a fault for over a year. I don't understand how Fitbit cannot fix this minor issue, especially when Fitbit introduced the issue in the first place after an update. Atrocious customer service - obviously they don't wish to complete with other smart exercise watches.

So sad. Didn't think something like this was a big deal. Especially since it was there before. At least communication with the mods is good even if it's never fixed or attempted. Seemed like they tried to change it.

While it is odd to see hours and minutes without seconds on the phone app, it really doesn't bug me that much, I mean, if I really want to know I can check the Fitbit Dashboard on the Web. That said, at least in my case, if the time says 1:45 and it is really 1:44:42 or 1:45:16, I really don't care all that much.
