On runs recently the app is showing me 2 different distances for the run. Is anyone else facing this?
I have restarted my device and logged in and out of the app, but nothing has worked.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? Also, which Fitbit device? Are you using GPS to route the exercise and there is where you see the distance discrepancy? Lastly, this issue occurs only with Run exercise or with Walk or Bike as well?When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
