Samsung A40 wont sync with charge 2

Hi I've tried all ways to get my Fitbit to sync with my Samsung A40 to no avail its syncs everything except my steps and incoming messages and call alerts to fit bit???

Hi @Juliejoo - I’m sorry to tell you that your phone is not on the list of Supported Devices. This means Fitbit has not successfully tested that model and all the features may not work.
