Best AnswerThere is no problem connecting the Blaze to the app or iMac but the problem is that I don't receive notifications from messenger, WhatsApp, ...
Is there a solution to this?
Best AnswerI'm now having this issue. After buying a Charge 2 & realising it wasn't compatible with my A3, it suddenly started getting notifications. It was that was that way for over 6 months. It stopped again in November. I just can't figure put how it started working & has now stopped again?!
Hi Has the compatibility issue with Galaxy A3 been resolved? I've just bought a Fitbit Alta HR and only now seen these problems. I haven;t tried the app yet. What can I expect to be able to use and what will not be accessible?
Excellent, thank you!

Best AnswerHi, were you able to sync your Altr HR to your Galaxy A3 2017 phone as I've just upgraded mine and expect it to be delivered tomorrow. I was informed by EE that it is compatible

Best AnswerI think I will not be buying a fitbit because my Samsung Galaxy A3 is not a supported device. Bye bye.
Best AnswerMine is 2016 and I'm feeling wary. Thanks though 😊
Hi! Is it possible for your android team to add the said device? Please?
Best AnswerI found Charge 2 and Galaxy A3 worked well together.
