Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, Not compatible?

So when are they going to make the Samsung Galaxy S7 "Active" compatible, cuz as of rite now I own a fit bit I can't even use. What a joke seriously. The phones called the Active  cuz it's for active people and a fit bit don't work with it. WTF

I see that the S7 Active is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices (but the S7 and S7 Edge are) but have you tried the setup anyway?

 

Not being on the list only means that fitbit haven't tested it and proven it to work, so it may or may not work.

 

There's a poster in this thread ( https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/Compatibility-with-S7-Active/m-p/1931868 ) that says his works, although 2 others say it doesn't.

 

If it doesn't work then don't expect a reply saying when it will. Fitbit just don't do that.
