Just downloaded the app (version 2.67) to my Samsung Galaxy S7 (up to date). The app crashes and won't let me setup my brand new Alta HR.

Please advise.

We fixed this. We downloaded an older version of the app.

Welcome to the Forums @mergingcultures and @WARowe.

@WARowe That sounds very frustrating.

@mergingcultures Thanks for sharing your workaround.

@WARowe, It could be that it wasn't properly downloaded. Please try to uninstall it and download it again and see how it goes. Additionally, you could potentially try @mergingcultures's suggestion but please know that it could lead to some small issues with your Fitbit.

Let me know if you have any questions.
