Samsung S7 android not syncing

How long must i tolerate this problem it's ruining my progress, should i just sling it and buy another make,  you cannot seam to fix it. Iam exstremely frustrated.

To clarify, I couldn't find any Samsung i7 besides a very old model from before 2010. Could you confirm what phone is it that you are using? Is it the J7? S7? That's help determine what could be going on.

Hi, Lanuza Fitbit(Moderator) first of all I would like to thank you for offering to help me with my syncing problem, it's only the last 3months I have had this problem for the previous 2year's it worked ok my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge I await your reply once again thank's.
