Scherm vast/screen stuck

Hi @Liekehofmans , did you already try to restart your Charge 2 as explained in the manual and/or https://help.fitbit.com/

You can also look around in the Product Help forum for the Charge 2.

Harde reset proberen dmv verbinden met laptop. Werd me bij Decathlon aangeraden als noodoplossing. Via Google kan je die methode goed terugvinden.

Hi @Liekehofmans  and  @Coriensport

As this is an english platform, please be so kind to have this conversation in english.

As for your problem with your Charge 2. Did you follow all the instructions as given in the instructions, especially point 4.

If your Charge series tracker is unresponsive: .

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
    • Charge 3 & Charge 4—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
