Hi. It wont set up my fitbit charge 2. Just keeps asking me to update application. But there is no update.
Please hrlp.

Hi @KWard63, good to have you here in our Fitbit Community. I would recommend to take a look at the following suggestions if the issue persists.
With some app, is require to have the most recent version of OS running on your Android device to update the app to the latest version. So it will depend also on the version of Android your phone has. In my experience, I have to uninstall the Fitbit app from my iPod since the OS is not updated and does not longer support the most recent version of the Fitbit app.
If this is the case it would be require to use a different mobile device or computer, but this only applies if the scenario is like the one I mentioned; on the contrary it could be an error from the app.

I wanted to say that I have the very same issue as mentioned. So I'm wondering if my notebook version is out dated. Unfortunately it can't be updated because of its age.

Hi there @Larrok, thank you for joining to our Fitbit Community and to this thread. I wonder which version of Mac or Windows OS is running your notebook?
Also by what I can see on your post, you are having this issue using a computer instead of a mobile phone, is this correct? If you can share a screenshot of the error, it will be super helpful to investigate further.
In the meantime, perhaps the following video may provide you basic information to set up your tracker with a computer.
