Hi, help please........ have purchased a new tracker, managed to update my fitbit app to the new tracker But can't pair the tracker to my phone (Samsung a40). Have spent All evening on this frustratingly and didn't have this with my original tracker. Have reset tracker dozens of time, have switched phone on and off, also Bluetooth on and off.............any ideas anyone? TIA

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy A40 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.
