Hello to all! I am having extreme difficulty with connecting the versa 2 and my galaxy note10 via bluetooth. The phone is visible to other devices but the Versa 2 will note recognize it.
I have reset and updated the watch. Deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it. Checked all settings! Can anyone help me?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.
