Every time i contact me versa 3 to wifi it showing as it connected if just closed the app and opened again and when i checked the wifi settings again i find it not connected just show up the wifi network name but without connection. My phone is Huawei p lite 30

Mine also shows as not connected but everything is working ok. I think it only connects when needed e.g. downloading firmware or app updates.
Are you having any problems?

Hi Steve. Thanks for replying me.
Actually no problem acurding to that. But i still have a problem with getting notefcations and calls and i'm keep trying to figure out what's wrong. Some time it work sometimes not

Notifications are sent over bluetooth rather than wifi so it sounds like your wifi link is not the problem. There are a few things to try in the following help article that might help:

Hi, steve. how are you today? after I follow the steps to set up the notifications. it still gives this message " notification service not running. a phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker"
even I restart my phone many times.

I'm afraid I've never used notifications on my fitbits so don't know what to suggest. If nobody else posts suggestions here you could try Customer Support via contact.fitbit.com
