The side click of fitbit 4 doesnt react. So uts stuch in some screen and I can't go back

Hi @LioraRub - have you tried double click, depending on the watch it may be in swim mode.

Hello @LioraRub Here is Fitbit's recommendation to restart a frozen Charge 4:

Place your Charge 4 in its charging cable attached to a power source
Press and hold the "button" for 8 seconds, then release
A smiley face means your tracker successfully reset

The Charge 4 swim mode doesn't have a water lock.

Thank you for the explanation. Tried it, but the button doesnt react. as
if it lost its sensitivity

The button just doesnt react like before. Means no way to go backwards to
the previous screen any more.
