My sleep metrics are back to normal as of this morning. Tuesday night's sleep didn't change. Whatever the issue was, it has resolved itself.

Best AnswerEven the sleep format on my web dashboard is completely different. Just to be clear. I have not done anything different and I have never used the Begin Sleep Now option. I did not sleep less than 3 hours per the screenshot. As of right now, my device is at 59% and I have not charged it since last Friday. As per my last response, I am using a Pixel 5. Again, this is a format change that is reflected in the app and the web dashboard.
Best AnswerYes. I got heartrate readings throughout the night. Again, the format has completely changed. It's also across all the Fitbit platforms that I use.
