For some reason my Fitbit versa isn't getting any sleep info. I've tried to wear it tighter and looser but nothing works.

Same with my Versa. I have to reboot the Versa, then reboot my Android phone EVERY DAY! This is getting old real fast 😩

I paid too much money for it to not have it keep track of my sleep. What's the next step? Do I have to exchange it?
