Sleep information shown is incorrect

All of a sudden, the information on my sleep patterns makes no sense. In the graphic, it clearly shows multiple times awake and restless, yet the textual ,information shows 0 times awake and only 1 time restless and only 1 min awake/restless. See below:Screenshot_20191026-072927_Fitbit.jpg

Hi @fjfiamingo, it's nice to see you again participating in the Community Forums, welcome back!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to sync your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I am not sure exactly how long it has been happening. I noticed a few weeks
ago. I am using the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I can tell you that it USED to
work fine. It has happened several times since I first noticed it that the
information did not match the graph. I had already tried the
uninstall/reinstall before I contacted you to no avail. I have the latest
version available from the Google Play Store. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply @fjfiamingo, sorry for the delay in responding.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that here at Fitbit we are aware of this situation and working towards a resolution as soon as possible. That being said, my best advice for you at this moment will be to keep the Fitbit app and you Android version up to date while we work to resolve this entirely.

Your understanding and patience are appreciated, let me know if you have any additional questions.
