Sleep log is off when I got up

Hi Erick, I just purchased my FitBit Alta yesterday and i am having a slightly different issue with the sleep tracking.  I went to sleep at 9:02pm and got up once to go to the bathroom around 11:45pm and then went right back to sleep, like around 11:48pm and got up around 3:20am.  The data shows I slept from 9:02pm-10:11pm and then from 12:33am-3:16am.  Is this problem related to the other issues you are seeing?  Oh, and I DO have the latest update installed.  Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hello @LA777 thank you for joining us in our Fitbit Community. I would recommend to review the sensitivity of your tracker by going to your tracker settings. by default is set to normal, although you can increase the accuracy by changing this to sensitive.

If the issue persist I would recommend to try with a restart. For additional instructions to restart your tracker check the following post.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for your response.  I cannot find this setting.  Attached is a screen shot of what I see.

Thanks,

Hello @LA777, thank you for the screenshot and for this purpose I left the link on my previous post, since this option is only available through the web-based Dashboard. For the Android App there is no option to modify this settings.

You can use the web browser of your phone or a computer to access to your tracker settings.
