Why is my Charge 3 so slow to sync with my Galaxy 7 android?

Hello @MaryQu.
Thanks for letting us know about the slow syncing that you are experiencing.
It could be caused by a lot of Bluetooth connection to your phone. Do you regularly have several devices paired with it and connected? Additionally, is your internet speed relatively fast? Given that the data is uploaded to our servers, it could take longer to finish the syncing if the internet is going slow.
Having said all of that, the next time you experience slow syncing I'd recommend that you try restarting your Fitbit and your Charge 3. That should restart the Bluetooth connection on both ends and get it to sync faster in case the issue is there.

I just posted that my Fitbit 3 has now gone totally dark.. plugging in and pressing the button does NOTHING. I am truly disappointed with the Gitbit Charge 3. I see on Community that many others are having the same problem. My walking mate told me today, after so many problems with Fibit, she purchased a Garmin. Is this my only solution?
