Hello,
I use the Fitbit app on a Pixel 7 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. This week I noticed that an exercise session does not show up in the summary log, but it does if I use the arrows on top of the home screen of app to go back to the correct day.
To clarify, in the first picture below, one can see two elliptical trainer sessions, one on May 29 (Monday) and another one the following Saturday. In the second picture, one can see the missing exercise session, on Wednesday, May 31.
Even stranger is the fact that the Fitbit app on the tablet does not load any exercise older than the elliptical trainer session on Saturday, June 3.
On-line, on the Fitbit web site, all works fine.
I tried to remove and re-install the app both on the phone and on the tablet (twice, actually) and it did not help. Restarting the devices also wasn't useful. I am using the latest version of the app and both devices are fully updated.
Any suggestions?
Roberto

@RobertoCH Thanks for reaching out about the exercises shown on the Fitbit app, the screenshots and the explanation.
This happens when the app tries to load multiple exercises with a map on them. I have seen it happen in my phone and other users have also posted about it. It seems to be an issue on how the app is pulling up the information on the server. A user gave an explanation on how this information is loaded and why he feels this gets interrupted in the process and ends up not showing all of the information. If I find that post, I will redirect you to it, so you get a better understanding. Currently there is no fix for it. You can only proceed as you explained, go back, select the day and load them again. I believe this tells the app where in the server to look for first. Therefore it shows the trainings for the selected date. This will certainly help other users. Thank you! You can also use the website as an alternative. I appreciate your understanding.
