I just got my charge 6 and noticed that there's no SpO2 reading inside the app. While looking into the detail page, there's a note asking me to install the SpO2 App and if I click on it, I'm linked to SpO2 tracker app that's designated for sense 2.
This is what I see when I go to learn more:
If I reinstall the preinstalled SpO2 App, the reading shows up. This is the 2nd day it's acting like that. Any Idea why this is happening?

I'm having the same issue with my Sense 2 after the 3.39 & 3.40 updates. I 've also uninstalled/reinstalled the SpO2 app and the Fitbit app. So much for bug fixes and performance improvements.....

Hello @matt_tang & @mhouse
This help page has the steps to install apps on your Fitbit (<-- click link). Go to the Gallery in the Fitbit app should give you the correct SpO2 app for your device.

I do have the SpO2 app installed on my Fitbit but inside of the Fitbit App it kept telling me I do not have it.. and this just doesn't make sense

thanks @RiekoC
Already did that, twice - including deleting the app and resetting my watch, and the app tile and watch say I need to install the app. The app says it's installed and is actually recording data.

Thank you for the additional information.
@matt_tang, what version of the Fitbit app do you have? Also, are you an Android or iOS user?

@RiekoC I'm an iOS user, just updated to 4.40. Just a side note, 4.40 is on my iPhone which is my sync device. My iPad has not updated to 4.40 yet (still 4.39) and the data is correct. Is there a way to roll back the 4.40 update?

I'm on Android with 4.39 that's currently available to me in the Playstore

@Fujisan54 the language on the Fitbit is based on your location and not the app on your phone. Just tap on your profile picture located on the top right of the app. Go under Fitbit settings, then date, time & unit. There you can manually set your location and time. I noticed that as I switched from UK to automatic detect, it turned into German since I am in Germany. I hope this helps

@matt_tang Thank you. I had already checked all that but still wouldn't change. Deleted the main app and reinstalled and that worked for the language. Still no luck on the Sp02 though!
