I recently changed to the new "look" for the phone up and updated the Fitbit version on my phone. Now, my stats are not being updated - I am viewing stats from several days ago. Suggestions?

Hi @Golfergoddess, welcome on board. It's great to see you here.

Thanks for sharing that you have the new dashboard, and I'm sorry about your data not updating. Just to confirm, is your Fitbit device syncing correctly? May I know your phone's model and Android version? Also, let me know the model of your Fitbit device. In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. On your phone’s settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Then, go back to the previous screen and tap “Force stop”.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and sync your device.

If the issue persists even though your device is syncing, please provide me with a screenshot so I can take a look into this. For instructions to attach it in your reply, check this post.

Let me know how it goes.

Have tried all of the above, and have contacted customer support, and Android app still cannot "find" my device. I have dumped/re-paired my Charge 3 several times, with no success. Further suggestions?

Hi @Golfergoddess. It's nice to see you around. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for your efforts while trying the steps posted above. I'm sorry that your Charge 3 is still not syncing, and let's continue working on this together. Let me share that recently it was released an update for the Fitbit app, so please make sure to download it. Once that is done, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
  3. Reboot your phone one more time and restart your Charge 3.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap the profile's icon.
  5. Tap on setup a device, choose the Charge 3 and the option to replace it.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and Android version. This information will help me to verify if it's a fully supported device and further investigate.

Keep me posted.
