So I'm wondering which type of exercise you are doing?
Where is not showing your steps and distance, is it in your main Dashboard or is during an exercise? Which tracker are you using to track your exercise?
Have you reviewed if your tracker is correctly paired to your account? (You can tell this by just looking accessing to your account tab, your tracker's icon and settings should be visible)
