Steps are calculating incorrectly

I have not  put my Fitbit on in a week and it automatically shows 381 steps in 0 mins. Please fix!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using? How many times you experienced this issue? Is this occurring only with steps or with other stats too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device and let me know if the issue persists.
