Steps are not being pulled through to dashboard tile.

* Definitely syncing as I can see number of steps by tapping on 'Steps' tile and going further in.

* Steps tile is showing on dashboard

* The following day, I can go back a day on dashboard and the steps total has been updated and is visible.

* I've deleted the app and reinstalled. This fixed the problem momentarily... but when I closed the app and went back in, it's zero'd again!

I can still tap on step tile to go in and check steps.

Help please!

There is an ongoing problem that is causing steps to be displayed incorrectly but my understanding is that it only affects the android app. Can you confirm that you are getting this with the iOS app?

The problem that fitbit are looking into can be found in the following thread which also has their latest updates on progress:

Hi @happyhardings,

Make sure your phone is updated and the app is also updated. Also, try restarting your Fitbit by holding the on button and bottom right button at the same time.

Hope this helped,

Arthur
