Steps on versa and phone are different

Functionality of versa not working and step count  has reduced by 6000 during the day .my account  has been hacked previously could this happen  again ??

Let me help you with your missing steps. This sounds more of a logged activity issue. Have you logged any activities on your account? Do you have any third party app linked to your account? If this is the case try deleting any logged activities on your account and sync your device. If the issue isn't this then please restart your tracker by following these instructions.
