Stop clock keeps going

Help. The stop clock won't stop.

Are you seeing a timer on the tracker? Which tracker do you have?

When having the Fitbit Charge / Charge HR / One.. if pressing the button until it the tracker buzzes, the tracker goes in exercise mode, displaying a timer.

Press and hold the button 'till it buzzes so it stops and resumes normal mode..

Thank you Mistique. I've reset it - an HR Charge - a few times now and it's gone quiet this last few minutes. Fingers crossed.

I just want to leave an update note on here. I don't recommend anyone buy the HR Charge. There is a fault with the stop clock. After following all of the online help instructions eg resetting 3 times, everything... it is now completely unstable. Stop clock comes on whenever it wants and vibrates, syncing is unreliable... even after going through help instructions and optimising settings.
I have a tech degree and can do no more. I am trying to get a refund.
Don't buy one. If you have one then get a refund within any guarantee period.
