About a week ago I stopped getting notifications on my versa. I have turned off notifications and restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing has fixed it. Have had no problems with it at all prior to this. Help 😞

The most important steps are:
Reset your Fitbit device
Next is
Delete and reinstall on phone.
Then reactivate what notifications you want.
Other than that, oops sorry I didn't help.
But it did work for me
With my Samsung s8 and Ionic device. Good luck.
