About a week ago I stopped getting notifications on my versa. I have turned off notifications and restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing has fixed it. Have had no problems with it at all prior to this. Help 😞

Same problem .
Still got notifications from 2017.
Decided to block all notifications as I don't need them anyway.
Think I'll also delete and reinstall app.

Have now reinstalled app to no avail.
Just keeping all notifications off until fitbit solve this issue.

If anyone checks in the future:
Remember that most if not all Fitbit watches have an on-watch "Notifications" setting that, for some reason, can be toggled in a mode where you shouldn't (like during a workout). For example, on an Ionic, holding the button down that is on the side of a glove (be it a boxing glove or a workout glove if workn on the right hand) will allow you to toggle notifications to off by one single touch of the screen or a drop of sweat or water.
Always check that "Notifications" are set to ON on the watch.
I suspect this is why "factory reset watch" fixes so many notification issues.
Charge 2/3 : Hold the button. The Notifications must be in BRIGHT WHITE. If it's in dim white, they are off.
Ionic: Hold the button. Wait 1 second. The text should say "Notification: on"

Try this suggestion;
First do a reset on your Fitbit.
Make sure you have your username and password available.
Then on your phone delete the Fitbit app, next do a reinstall.
Once you are back into the app
Tap your picture, then go to devices and tap your device. And scroll down to " Notifications "
Reactive the notifications you want and you will find your Fitbit working properly.

Then look for your device, tap that
And scroll down to notifications
Reactive the notifications you want
And your device is now working properly.
