Surge - no calendar notifications

Hi,

 

I can't figure out how to set up calendar notifications in Fitbit Surge.

 

I have done what's suggested in other thread (ref. below). I had restarted the tracker, unpair the device and still no calender notifications setting appears.

 

Any suggestions ?

@MariuszG Happy to see your participation in the community!

 

To clarify, only the Alta and Blaze support calendar notifications. The Surge only supports text and call notifications. Check out this help article for more information on notifications.

I am confused, I too would love to see Calendar alerts on my Fitbit Surge.  And I have put in a ticket or suggestion to Fitbit to add this feature.  My confusion comes from your website which says that Fitbit Surge can indeed alert for Calendar events!  I was very excited when I read that, has something changed and been updated? Or is this wrong information that's posted?

Yes, I too have the Surge expecting to receive Calendar alerts. Please communicate when this feature will be enabled.
