Surge still not working

It has been over a week and my surge is still having the same issue.
1. Surge not counting or showing calories in. It only shows calories out.
2. Surge shows exercise number but does show in MFP.
I have tried turning unit off and on. Once and three times in a row.
Upgrade, really?

@Roadie2 Welcome to our Community! could you please specify what your issue is or share a screenshot. To be clear the Surge tracker itself won't display information from MFP nor the information from the Food Plan on your account. If by Surge you meant the app or the website then please let me know and provide more specifics about the issue.
